Every person has different needs and is going through their own unique experience. Let's start a conversation to find a way in which I could accompany you in yours.

A doula’s support can be beneficial in different passages a family has to go through.

It could be considering conceiving, early pregnancy, childbirth preparation, giving birth, postpartum recovery and growth, loss, puberty, or the time your menstrual cycle comes to an end.

It all begins with you and your needs. Maybe you need a doula just for your birth preparation. Maybe you want to be supported just after your birth. Maybe you need to be connected to resources so that you and your family feel supported and connected in the fourth trimester/postpartum chapter. Or maybe you just need somebody to talk to that will understand your fears and concerns. Whatever it is, I offer my services so you can have continuity in the care of someone you know from the start. Someone you can trust, someone you connect with, and someone whose objective is that you can own your experience and empower yourself through it while feeling heard, seen, and supported.

Here you can see a few examples of the ways I can support you.
Prior to booking, I offer a complimentary meet and greet.

I believe support in labor and birth should be a right, not a privilege. I offer a sliding scale for my doula services depending on your situation and the services needed. Paying in rates is also a possibility.

I gladly support families in either Lithuanian, English, or Danish, while also being proficient in several other languages.
